Free hi speed WiFi internet is available
in all areas of Oxley Court.
WiFi password is printed on the key
envelope provided at check-in.
Check-out time is 10am on day of
departure. Contact reception if you
would like a later time and we will
endeavour to assist if possible.
Please take all rubbish and recycling to
the bins located in the bin room next to
the carpark. Please do not leave
rubbish bags outside your door or in
the stairwells.
Tea, coffee, soaps, shampoo and
laundry powder etc. are provided in
each apartment. Should you require
extra please contact Reception during
office hours.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in Oxley Court. If you smoke in your apartment, a fee of $350 and/or any extra cleaning cost will be charged to your account for cleaning of textiles and for room deodorising. If the smoke alarm is activated and the Fire Brigade is automatically called out, you will be
charged a $1,000 call out to your
account.
Ensure your balcony door is locked and
that you have your apartment keys in
hand, then press the lock button in the
door handle and ensure your apartment
door is completely closed upon leaving
your apartment.
Please take care to keep your apartment
keys secure. Lost keys will incur $80 lock
re-key/replacement charge.
To ensure security and safety of all our
guests please do not wedge open the
stairwell external doors.
Children must be always supervised and
must not be left unattended in the
rooms.
In the event of an emergency please call
Reception. If you have a physical
condition which may impair your ability
to detect a fire alarm and/or need
assistance to evacuate, please call
Reception.

Oxley Court has a strictly “No Party”
policy. In the interests and consideration
of all guests, noise levels should be
always kept to a minimum. All guests have a right to have a quiet and relaxed stay. Security will be contacted if the noise level is believed to be excessive.
Parking is available in the car park for
guests with one car park for each
apartment. There are a small number of
car parks displaying a “No parking” sign
– please do not park in these spaces.
There are 2 visitor car parks on site -
additional visitors or high
vehicles/buses can park across the
street next to Kingston Oval. Please be
considerate of other guests and park
between the lines.
Every effort is made to ensure your room appliances and fittings are in good working order prior to your arrival. If you discover any faulty equipment that may have been overlooked, please contact reception so we can replace or repair these items as soon as possible.
We cannot accept responsibility for
money or valuables left in your room or
vehicle. Please ensure your room door
is securely closed and locked at all
times.
Health regulations do not permit pets
at Oxley Court with the exception of
registered assistance animals. Please advise Reception if you are accompanied by an assistance animal.
We request that visitors vacate the
premises by 9.00pm or an overnight fee
may apply.
Supermarkets and a variety of local
shops and services are close by and
within walking distance at Kingston on
Eyre Street and the Manuka shopping
precinct on the other side of Canberra
Avenue. Reception can assist with
directions.
The nearby Food Village in Kingston and
Kingston Foreshore, both a short walk
away, has many coffee shops,
restaurants and good old fashioned
pubs to choose from.
